How will this work for me?

For a small monthly fee we can provide you with your own tailored rocomX catalogue and admin facility enabling you to adjust your prices and monitor your store. We take your logo and colour scheme and tailor RocomX to produce a shopping facility which blends in with your existing website. RocomX also works as a stand alone website.

RocomX makes selling online as easy as possible.

A more logical layout of categories will allow shoppers to find exactly what they are looking for. Customers can re-sort lists by price or description

It's now considerably easier to find the product you are looking for, our new search facility accepts a range of search terms including:

Product Information

We provide a product description, list of key features, compatible or alternative products and colour variations. When available, user guides and brochures are available to download.

Clear and Easy to Follow Shopping Cart

We've made the shopping process as easy as possible and we now offer an account login facility for return visitors to login and track their purchases online

Stock Levels

By integrating with our back-office system, stock level information will be more accurate. When items are out of stock, we will display the date we expect to get them back in stock.

We've listened to feedback from our existing users and implemented many improvements and enhancements to the system. The key thinking behind our new version was to enable RocomX customers to maximise their online selling potential.

Supports Dealer Pricing

Dealers have access to their own buying prices from Rocom. This will make it much easier to set margins and discounts on products.

Adjust product pricing Offline

A list of products can be downloaded to a spreadsheet, the Dealer can edit prices offline and upload new prices

User Defined Featured Groups

This feature allows Dealers to define their own product groups for example a custom 'Home Page' group or "Christmas Specials "

Full order traceability

View details of orders placed on your site and check the order life cycle.

Stats

Dealers can view information on their referrals, visitors trends and margins on product sales.

Optional data feeds

We can generate automatic data feeds for the leading price comparison websites - Kelkoo, Dealtime, PriceRunner, PriceGrabber, Ciao & Froogle, Google Base

A low £50 per month with free set up and no additional charges for credit card payments

Automatic Allocation of Products to Themed Categories

Stock in the "new products" and "Best Sellers" categories will be automatically generated.
