Best Sellers

We realise that most owners of a RocomX catalogue don't want to spend hours and hours configuring settings. The "Best Sellers" list is calculated for each product category and is based on the sales ranking for products in that category.

Shopping Basket

Our new shopping basket is easy to use. From 'outside' the basket you are given an overview of the products in the basket. 'Inside' the basket you are able to adjust quantities and remove items.

Type in a product or part of a product code and the system will return

Product Categories

A more logical layout of categories will allow shoppers to find exactly what they are looking for. We don't just stock phones. There are now a more manageable 10 top level categories.

• Payphones and conferencing equipment have been moved into the phones section.
• Networking equipment has been separated from voice and data.

The compatable products list gives the buyer more information about other items which will work with the selected one

Stock Level

The user is given up to date information on the availablility of stock. The following statuses are available

• In stock : stock available for delivery
• Limited Stock: stock available but may run out soon
• Out of Stock available in x days: no stock available at present but is expected in x days
• Coming Soon: This is a new item arriving soon.
• Ordered On Request: This item is ordered on-demand and cannot be purchased online.
