How do I go about setting up a RocomX store?
Go to topFirst of all you will need to contact us in order for us to set up an account code and register your details. You will then need to register a domain name to point to our server which hosts your RocomX shop. If you are using a RocomX shop in conjunction with an existing store we recommend you register a sub domain. For example, if your main site is http://www.rocom.co.uk we recommend your sub domian to be http://shop.rocom.co.uk
If you would like us to register your domain name for you please contact us, otherwise you will need to have access to your DNS records and point them to 193.123.132.231
How do I change products and pricing on my store?
Go to topProducts and prices can be changed using the admin section of your site. You will be given access to this upon the purchase of your store. The admin section is a multi-functional tool which will allow you to
- * Change prices, on an individual or by a standard amount
- * View orders and order details
- * View sales stats
- * Run data feeds to promote products on your store
- * Manage account holders on your store (special account holders have the ability to buy from you on credit)
How can I increase sales and visits to my Store?
Go to topRocomX is a tool to enable you to sell products on line, however it is up to you to market the site effectively and beat the competition.
RocomX has its own search engine optimisation page which you will be included in by default. RocomX also has product datafeeds which can be run to upload your store products to price comparison sites such as Google Base.
There are also other ways you can increase sales and traffic

- * E-bulletin campaigns
- * Special offers
In the rocomX admin tool you are able to track sales
Upon setup of a RocomX store you will be assigned an Account Manager who will keep you informed of products on special offer. You could then pass these savings on to customers to offer lower prices

How do I integrate the store with my current website?
Go to topOur developers can customise the store to match the style of your exisiting site. We will host your new store for you. It should then just simply be a case of placing a link from your existing site to your new store and visa versa. The transfer across will be seamless.
Can I sell my own products on my RocomX store?

Can I change who supplies an item if is out of stock?
